Type 88 LMG

Did anybody get the Type 88 LMG? I did not buy from GameSpot but i do have the Limited Edition. I cannot find it anywhere in my BattleLog. I can see the special 12x scopes for the Dice employees, but i dont see the Type 88 LMG anywhere. There are dog tags for it! HELP!

I bought from Gamestop so have it, it only shows up for me in weapons statistics on battlelog, but the DAO doesnt, even though I have that.

I have it but never used it.
The 240B is my baby. Though its a bitch in this game. So not true to form.

I have it. But the only LMG I really like/use is the QBB-95. I use PDWs/shotguns for support since I know I have ammo crates.

I whored the T88 from the get-go because I was a GS preorderer and I loved it in BFBC2 (the only LMG I platted), but have moved on to the PKP after getting the first service star. I haven't used the 240 much...that thing is annoyingly kicky to me.

Yeah the 240 has way too much recoil on this. By comparison the 249 should be where the 240 is on game and vice versa if it followed R.L. at least in my opinion. Then again, there's really not many MGers that are running around with a Foregrip on a M240B throwing it to their shoulder and going into combat. So.....

I like the m249 and M27 IAR the best in support. M60E4 and M240B both kick way to much and shoot too slow.

So i will never have the T88 LMG . I Wanted to get at least one service star for every weapon . Not one service star in handguns yet, i have a long way to go.

They say they are going to release it for everyone eventually...I thought it was going to be a BtK weapon, but they didn't...so...who knows when it comes out. Might end up being part of some DLC later on, like the preorder dog tags are going to be.

the M240 kills quick though. i mostly do the bipod with the 3.4x/4x...works good for me

I just downloaded the "Physical Warfare Pack" for BF3. I now have the Type 88 LMG. Hooah!

I had 500+ kills with it until EA decided they'd make me start over.
