No more Operation Metro is worth whatever DICE wants to charge. The developer currently has no details on pricing or timetable for availability.

Nerf the USAS Frag. Make the nerf virtually meaningless by adding Close Quarters maps. DICE, where can I get what you're smoking?

CQC maps...catering to COD fags yet again, and stat padding shitheads that won't play objectives, and jackoffs that think that wracking up a huge kill count means "you win". Destructible environments don't mean shit. I DO like adding new weapons though, so that's cool. But fuck more maps like Metro.

The armored warfare one in the summer looks cool. That should be good...no complaints there.

"End Game" in the winter means...what? "We officially hereby end all support for this game with this DLC...go buy BFBC3 and BF4"? No details yet, other than announcement for it. I'm sure it's gonna be some more weapons and maps, something to get a few service stars and dogtags for before finally hanging up the boots. Whatevs...

Going to hold out hope that they dont charge for them, the author implies that they will not be free, but I dont think I have ever seen pay to play servers on a console. Plenty of games allowed you to create our own games and password protect them though. If there is a way to squeeze some more $ out I am sure EA will do it, but it seems more likely that they will allow customizable servers, sort of like SOCOM used to have.

My hope and dream is it will be like the Socom model...that was the best. Dunno why companies DON'T do it that way.

Well if the USAS Frag is bad on Metro........how are we going to survive CQC maps with that?

They say that they listen to the community, yet half of it agrees that its best to completely get rid of Frag rounds.

i have been reading the posts on pretty much all of the official forums and everyone is super mad over the DLC. Maybe they should listen this time and they may understand.......BF + CQC and 16 players = Fail

CQ - vehicles = COD.

If a Sniper rifle is a new weapon for the CQC maps and it isn't the VSS, I will personally murder the asshole who made that decision. Why would I need a bolt action rifle to shoot a guy standing 5 feet from me? All I can do is hope to see the Benelli M3.

Problem is they are "listening" to the players. Op Metro is the most played map and this DLC looks like it caters to the type of player that loves to play Op Metro. Its a lot like Nuketown in black ops...terrible map, but people played it nonstop because it was an XP goldmine.

Nosehair cannals is my new favourite map.

HAHAHA! Gerbz, you kill me. If...and it's a big IF...people are still playing this game when that's finally available...I would gladly "rent" one or whatever. Ranked servers you don't need private ones for, but it would be so nice to have pistols only, or no USAS, or even just frag rounds...practice flying, sniper practice, learn the bullet drop for sniper rifles to every flag from every flag, and then some, etc. Hell, I'd rent a server and password protect it so nobody could play, and I'd just wander around in it by myself, shooting out windows, writing on the walls, kicking rocks...forever alone.
