Dunno why, just not a fan of suppressors. I prefer the CRACKALACKACRACKA! of my guns...especially on the sniper semi-autos / battle rifles. The 417 and the M39 are such bruisers you can feel that shit in your bones. Especially with the AX Pros.

It gets...so...fucking...boring. Especially when faggots get rewarded for sitting in their deployment in a stairwell, next to their spawn beacon, and go 16-1 sniping instead of...doing anything. We even full-capped and switched teams...should have gone back, lol.

On a plus though, when you left Pinky joined the squad, so we finally got to play together. cheers

I think suppressors make the guns front heavy and gives you less recoil. But not 100% sure.

Yup. As well as having lower velocity rounds, which sucks at range. And also the combined effect of sighting in a lot slower when you ADS. The recoil reduction is nice, but slow ADS and slow bullets means you better get the drop on dudes or flank them every time or you'll lose a lot of gunfights. For recoil compensation I prefer the foregrip and flash suppressor combo. The old flash suppressor was pretty useless, but it helps a lot more now. Try that combo out on the F2000, you'll really appreciate the control.

Yup, lol...mostly a primer for brand new players and unobservant noobs. The map sections were cool...at least they give names to the various areas of the maps. Too bad they are so small and the gameplay so fast and furious that there's no time to get a word out. "There's three guys in...never mind" "hey, can you drop...forget it, I'm dead. "We just capped C...we lost C...hey we...never mind...lost and took C back..."

I think the problem with BF3 is no one want's to PTFO ever smurfs are shit always running away from the flag or camping in some spot that's just dumb as shit to camp. Also no one ever runs for B flag everyone has to stop at C/A and get 200 points cause you know we can't live with out those 200 points.

I started to play again, and everyone seems to be in different platoons? How many of you are still playing BF3? I havn't played since before VOIP/Custom servers?/Premium!

I'm always playing with monkey or Decreped or Raz or Kaum. Kaums in a platoon called fallin sort of and everyone else just fucks around.

JD, most of us are still playing...regulars are me, Kaum, Watkins, Decreped, Gkar, crazy, Angry, Razgriz, Gerbz, Sniper, and a few others to a less frequent degree. Nobody is batshit insane and playing 24/7, so we aren't all on daily or at the same times...morning, late night, etc. Nobody takes it seriously as far as competitive play goes, or takes platoons to mean anything. In fact we took a big step back from even being a "clan" because we didn't want to make demands or restrict anyone's fun, so we are back to being a bunch of dudes that play games and shoot the shit here...no recruiting, no organized competition, or anything like that.

Premium is cool if you plan on getting all the DLC anyway, but so far the expansions have been so different that you could skip Close Quarters and it wouldn't matter because of player count restrictions, incompatible game modes, etc. Karkand at least had the same game modes and 12 v. 12. Other than that, unless you like collecting weapons and dogtags, meh.

Pinkybear, I hijacked your map rotation since I couldn't create any more. Feel free to take it back and set it to whatever you want. I was playing with some real life friends and they like the big vehicle maps. Only thing was I forgot to change the player count back to 24...so that was a little dull, lol.
