OK...just finished watching the Cup Final. What a game! Regulation was meh...Liverpool had a fuckton of chances but were the Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight. Props to Cardiff...they played really well...REALLY well. Excellent in defense. Definitely made it a lot harder than it should have been. Nice to see Downing have a good game (actually three in a row now, shocker), and Carroll won every ball played to him, so he looked solid. Adam was shit. Suarez looked off. That penalty shootout was crazy...the Gerrard family will be having mixed emotions, lol. Charlie Adam's shot was fucking atrocious...that was as bad as Lampard's (pick one, lawl). Really happy for Liverpool though...we fucking needed that.

I watched the Palace game yesterday too, first time I've watched a Championship game in ages. Really good game too...was hoping Palace would pull it out, but a point against the Hammers at Upton Park was good shit. Figured your friends & neighbors would be pleased as well, since they dropped points to Soton in the race. Too bad Parker isn't at WH anymore...with him, Tomkins, Noble, and Nolan, they look like they could have walked off a WWII era RAF recruiting poster...lol.

That stuff about Cardiff and Liverpool was the Carling Cup final today though, which is the league cup for the EPL. The Europa League and Champions League will get a lot of chat, and as the Euros get near kicking off I'm sure we'll talk about that a lot too. But most of all though its pretty much anything related...

And yeah, I don't know why the fuck Gerrard was so deep...he's not nearly as effective there. He normally plays where he should, but maybe Kenny felt they needed some deeper coverage to help out or something. If so,..dunno why it wasn't Adam. I thought he got it wrong myself...it was a really defensive formation and lineup despite the two forwards. We need Lucas back, so the entire midfield isn't platooning coverage and they can get on with the attacking duties.

Kenny coming back was a good thing, and its working pretty well, but yeah...I wish he would shut up sometimes and speak up in others. We all know you will support the club to your last breath dude... Tactically he's ok, and he plays youngsters quite a bit so he's good for development, and he's brought stability and a belief back that we needed but we need a bold manager with some vision now. You know who i want, lol. Benitez was fantastic, and had them playing much more continental football, whereas Kenny just wants domestic league success right now, which is what we need. Speaking of getting it wrong...Spurs, wtf? That was the most inept I've seen them look all year. Kaboul and King looked like slugs out there, and got ripped apart by The Rapist and Walfuckingcott. They also had nothing going and no width in the middle, and i would not have played Adebayor against Arsenal. Dawson for Kaboul, Aaron Lennon on the wing, and Vandervaart for Adebayor...c'mon Harry. Arsenal looked awful in the first half, Spurs were dogshit in the second.
