i have noticed that too, the guns in BF3 dont really have that awesome feeling anymore. like the F2000 in BC2. it was big and seemed really hefty and it had this awesome sound. both in first person and third person. now, its just meh

BC2 AUG was my fave. This one is meh, but it's a good gun to use. Also, fuck Smitty, and his dog Dixie. Lawl.

BC2 F2K really did feel like the clunk POS I got to handle in New Hampshire. It also sounded like it fired .22LR. Nwo all the guns are essentially the same. They dont have the character that BC2 guns had.

This times a buzzilion!! We could distinguish what every squad mate was using just by sound and we'd know what the enemy a base away was charging with before we even saw them. Guns had a more distinct sound and also feel.
It's like DICE made each gun individually in BC2 and in BF3 they made the same gun with different fire rates and relabeled it each time.

Yes, it is much harder to judge distance and direction, let alone actual gun, that's for sure. I rely on the minimap a lot more than in BC2.

You guys obviously haven't found out that the f2k is the ultimate camping weapon as it has no bullet drop!
