Not only that, Im sure 99.9% of people are going to find it troublesome to get a headshot when their target is so far that the sniper has to aim so high the target goes off screen.. out of their FOV

By no mean do I think it'a a bad game, on the contrary. It just infuriates me the decisions made by the companies behind it. I much rather have no DLC and a perfectly working title then 20 DLCs in line and the game we have now.
The moment they announce DLC before announcing or even acknowledging game issues it's clear what the intentions are, to make as much money and give as little support as possible.
Here's all the reasons I plan on not buying BF4:

I actually don't think that it is too bad now, as far as where it is in terms of unfucked. If it was realeased in this state we would all be enjoying it, but we spent months pissed off and frustrated while the community pretty much played the beta that the beta should have been. When it takes seven months or so to make a game mostly playable and mostly stable, and we've had like four major patches and revisions and tweaks to everything to get it there, it gets annoying as fuck. You JUST get to the point where you can almost accept it for what it is, then they change the game again, break new shit, and generally piss everyone off. At this point, it is playable but boring, because we're sick of the bullshit. And the ongoing shitty support, lack of decent add-ons, broken promises, and undelivered content just adds to the whole fuckitude.

I think that expresses 95% of my feelings toward the game. You forgot to add that DICE sucks cocks.

the one thing that might have avoided most of the issues we have now is if EA didnt rush out the game to beat MW3. i could care less if it was delayed, as long as things was playable. like no VOIP when it was released.

Exactly. EA decided that it had to hit first, so they set a release date before the fucking beta was even out. We all knew it was going to be bad when the beta was total garbage and release was a month away. The game was done and in the box before the beta was even open, so they KNEW it was shit. Then there was so much broken that even a day one patch barely scratched the surface of the problems. And because they had to rush that thing out the patch broke more than it fixed. And they had the fucking balls to crow about how great it was, and how awesome the community was, and how amazing the game was gonna be asap, and how many cool things we have to look forward to. No, fuck you...if they could have just come out and said they fucked up and they would do whatever they could to not do that again, and did something to prove they meant it it would have gone a long way. Instead, we still get the mobile battlelog advert every time we log in. EA just ruined any integrity DICE had and any faith they had built over many games and pissed all over it in one release.
